Enemy Levels Appear As "!" On A New Character

When creating a new character in Ultimate Vault Hunter and replaying missions, enemies will appear with a "!" warning to indicate that they're several levels above the player. This is intended to create more of a challenge as part of the increased difficulty with Ultimate Vault Hunter.
