Select the Start Button in Windows.
Type "dxdiag" in the search field. Hit Enter.
This will run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Under the "System" tab of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, there is a field called "System Information." This will contain all of your system's basic information.
Under the "Display" tab you will find information about your video card.
