So you've got some goods, whether it be from a DLC purchase, SHiFT code or a reward earned in-game, and now you're wondering where to find them, right?
Well, just head on into your Inventory tab from the Menu. There will be a Rewards tab located just underneath ECHO-4 if there are items available to claim.
These rewards will appear on the first character you load into after redemption.
When opened, your rewards will be inside. Any new rewards will be noted with an orange exclamation mark.
Once a reward chest is opened, it will either appear in your inventory or unlocked in the Customization tab for eligible Vault Hunters.
