Rafa: 'Bullet-Buddy Deluxe' Bonus Damage Doesn't Stack Per Shot With Sticky Projectiles

When using Rafa's 'Bullet-Buddy Deluxe' Augment, sticky projectiles will not stack damage on a per-shot basis when exploding while the magazine is full, and will instead deal base damage.
