Daily Vault Card Challenges Can't Earn Progression

Various Daily Vault Card Challenges aren't tracking any progression made by the player and remain locked at the same point regardless of progress made. Some examples of known affected challenges include: 

  • "Kill 25 Rippers In Carcadia Burn"
  • "Kill 20 enemies with Incendiary Damage."
  • "Kill 100 enemies with Radiation Damage."
