C4SH: Vampiric Touch Cards Don't Add Extra Charges With The 'Rounder' Class Mod Equipped

When playing as C4SH with the 'Bet on Red' augment activated and the 'Rounder' class mod equipped, enemies killed by Vampiric Touch Cards during windfall don't activate extra charges for Sleight of Hand.
