Rafa: 'Power Punch' Class Mod Doesn't Spawn Fire Fissures Via Melee Attacks

The 'Power Puncher' class mod states that when using a melee attack, there is a 25% chance to spawn a fire fissure while having a grenade equipped. The class mod appears active with a yellow icon, but doesn't spawn fire fissures when using a melee attack or when using the Arc-Knives action skill.
