Rafa: Inferno Protocol's Self-Damage Health Drain Stops When Using A Repkit
Using a Repkit after activating Rafa's 'Inferno Protocol' Capstone will cause the self-damage to stop draining entirely, preventing the skill from acquiring sufficient Damage Dealt for use with 'Blade Fury's' Stored Damage.
