Vile Lictor Doesn't Spawn During the 'Kill Vile Lictor' Objective in 'His Vile Sanctum'
When reaching Vile Lictor's main boss arena during the "Kill Vile Lictor" objective during 'His Vile Sanctum', Vile Lictor will disappear from the arena directly after the title card cinematic. This only occurs the first time after watching the cinematic, and can also occur during the Wildcard Missions.
Workaround: Players who jump off of the boss arena and respawn will be able to start the battle as soon as they enter the arena again.
