Vault Card Progress Reset After The September 10th Update
Vault Card progress is locked and reset to zero after installing the 9/10/26 patch.
Workaround: You might be able to "re-purchase" the previously bought rewards without spending tickets.

We believe this was resolved after a recent update. Please contact 2K Support for assistance if you're still running into this. Please also be aware that this fix may not apply retroactively, and that Vault Card progress may need to be earned once more.
