C4SH: Bone Shards Don't Trigger From The 'Dead Man's Hand' Augment Bone Shard Cards
When a player equips the 'Dead Man's Hand' Augment and throws a bone card, the bone splinters fail to appear consistently and won't deal extra kinetic damage to enemies around the user.
