PS5/Xbox: The 'Load Vault Hunter' Screen Doesn't Scroll When Using The D-Pad

Console players with more than seven save files in Borderlands 4 won't be able to scroll through their list of Vault Hunters in the 'Load Vault Hunter' menu if they use the D-Pad to scroll through their available save files. 

Workaround: Scroll through the 'Load Vault Hunter' list by using the Right Joystick instead of the D-Pad.
