SHiFT: Unclaimed SHiFT Reward Packages Disappear After Quitting and Reloading the Game

Rewards obtained through SHiFT can disappear and become unusable if not redeemed before closing and reopening the title.

Workaround: Borderlands Support can replace the respective reward items as a one-time courtesy, but you’ll need to redeem them before closing the game.
