Objective Doesn't Complete After Purchasing From Black Market Vending Machine
The "Collect reward from vending machine" objective for the "Ultimate Vault Hunter: Maurice's Bounty" mission doesn't complete if a player quits to the main menu with party while the host purchases a reward at the same time.
Workaround: Wait for the vending machine cooldown to end.
