Gun Damage Buffs Aren't Applied to Vex's Specter

When using Vex's Action Skill "Dead Ringer" and spawning a Specter, Gun Damage buffs are not applied. This includes Gun Damage from equipped Enhancements as well as Specialization bonuses.

This is being investigated by QA.
