ECHO Log Can't be Obtained After Completing "A Maker's Mark" Side Mission

If the 'A Maker's Mark' ECHO Log isn't acquired when playing through the "Ain't No Sham in It" side mission, it can't be acquired without joining another player in the same mission or creating another Vault Hunter. 

Workaround: Join another player completing the same side mission to acquire the ECHO Log.
