C4SH: 'C4SH Game' Passive Doesn't Gain Bonuses from High-Fortune Stacks

If a player equips C4SH's 'C4SH Game' skill and has more Fortune stacks than the minimum amount stated in the skill description, they'll fail to gain more bonuses from those Fortune stacks.
