Linking Steam Account from SHiFT Website Triggers SHiFT Account Sign-up Process
When linking a Steam profile to a pre-existing SHiFT account from the 'Gaming Platforms' tab, users are directed to create a new SHiFT account instead of linking their Steam profile to their existing SHiFT account.
Workaround: Please try unlinking and relinking your Steam profile to your pre-existing SHiFT account from the SHiFT website. Alternatively, you may open a support ticket with one of our agents here.
