Waypoint Confusion in Missions "Means of Ascent" and "Plan Z"

Waypoints from the previous mission "Means of Ascent" may incorrectly remain visible during the subsequent mission, "Plan Z."  Player can still find waypoint for mission "Plan Z" to finish.

Workaround: go to Ascension Plaza to continue advancing mission progress.
