Rafa: Fiesta Doesn't Activate When Applying Status Effects
Even after applying a status effect, Fiesta fails to activate, causing Action Skills to still consume duration and for APOPHIS Lance to consume charges. This causes a downstream effect with Awe not working as expected.
Workaround: None
