"Talk to Zadra" Objective Won't Progress Quest (One Fell Swoop)
The "Talk to Zadra" objective doesn't progress the quest after the player exits to the main menu and relaunches the game while Rush's hologram is speaking.
Workaround: Load a different vault hunter save, quit back to the main menu, and return to the original save. This should allow you to progress past this objective and continue playing.
