Players May Lose Skill Points After Disconnecting From a Multiplayer Game or Crashing
Players may lose skill points after disconnecting and re-joining a multiplayer session, or crashing in single player. In these instances, they have lost all or most of their skill points. Leveling up more and using the Respec machine doesn't restore the lost skill points.
This is being investigated.

This has been resolved in a recent update. Thank you for your patience!
Note: Players who experienced this issue may have their Skill Points unallocated and will need to allocate them again in the Skill Points menu.
