Failed To Redeem Your SHIFT Code

When redeeming SHIFT codes, you may see the error "Failed to redeem your SHIFT code.” on the SHIFT website. However, you will still get the reward eventually despite the error message.

Workarounds:

• If you are in-game when the SHIFT code is redeemed, you will need to relaunch the game to see the unlocked rewards.
• If you're still not able to redeem the code on the SHIFT website, you can try redeeming it in-game by going to the SHIFT > Rewards menu.
