Specialization Tab Missing

We've received reports that the Specialization tab may disappear and become unavailable after a save with Ultimate Vault Hunter (UVH) crashes and reloads. Players are also reporting the loss of their Specialization points compared the entire tab disappearing.
The team is actively investigating this.
