'Kairos Speaks' Challenge Can't be Completed Due to Missing "Maurice's Log" ECHO

The ‘Maurice’s Log’ ECHO log can’t be collected when progressing through Maurice’s Black Market mission in UVH1, preventing players from unlocking the ‘Kairos Speaks’ achievement without starting another Vault Hunter at level 30.

This issue does not appear to be fully resolved. While it's fixed going forward on new Vault Hunters, any Vault Hunter who already completed this mission still can't collect it. This will be fixed for all players in an upcoming patch!
