Voice Dialogue Can't Be Heard While in the Menu During Multiplayer
Opening a menu while dialogue audio is playing has a chance to stop or cut off the dialogue. We have reports that this could be happen more frequently after replaying a mission in Co-Op Multiplayer.
This is being investigated.

We believe this was resolved after a recent update. Please contact 2K Support for assistance if you're still running into this.
