Bounty Pack 1: Vault Card Rewards Disappear After Exiting Multiplayer
Players report the loss of their Vault Card progress and their previously unlocked Vault Card reward items after exiting a multiplayer party, loading into the game from the console's Rest Mode, leaving and then rejoining a split-screen game, or after experiencing a crash.
Workaround: Remain in single-player gameplay when redeeming Vault Card Rewards and avoid leaving the game in Rest Mode - Ensure the game has been completely saved before closing.

Please be aware that this fix will not apply retroactively to previously earned Vault Card progress, and affected users may need to unlock their Vault Card rewards once more.
This is currently planned to be addressed in a future update.
