Visual Effects Appear Significantly Brighter When Navigating Order Bunkers

Some lighting visuals, such as bloom intensity, action skill highlights, or various elemental weapon effects can appear much brighter onscreen than intended when navigating through Order Bunkers. 

Workaround: Reducing the game's graphic fidelity can reduce the impact of some of the affected visuals.
