Epic Games: Lost Access To DLC Customizations And Weapons
Players on Epic Games report that they've lost access to their DLC skins, customizations, and weapons on their primary Vault Hunter, including both the Gilded Glory Pack and the Ornate Order Pack. Upon loading into the game, any equipped DLC cosmetics will unequip from affected Vault Hunters and disappear from the Cosmetics menu. Additionally, the Legendary weapons will claim that you need to purchase the Gilded Glory Pack in order to equip them again.
Temporary workaround: Close the game and delete the worldcache folder(s), located at localappdata > EpicGamesLauncher > Saved. Next, load into your Vault Hunters until you find the save file with pending rewards in the Reward Center. Once redeemed, your affected save files will have the cosmetics available to equip until the game is closed again.
