Mad Ellie: “Reach Carcadia Burn” Objective in 'Wrath of the Ripper Queen' Can't Complete When Fast Travelling

Players who start a brand new “Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned” playthrough from the Main Menu, and then fast travel directly into Carcadia Burn to start the 'Wrath of the Ripper Queen' Story Mission may be unable to complete the objective once they reach the mission waypoint.
Workaround: Restart the game and drive directly into Carcadia Burn from the Fadefields or Terminus Range, which will naturally trigger the objective to update properly.
