March 26th Major Update: Unlocked SDU Progress Resets With Missing Tokens
We're receiving reports that some players have had their unlocked SDU progress reset completely, with a percentage of their SDU tokens missing after reapplying them to their Vault Hunters.
The team is already working on a fix that will work retroactively, and we will provide more information as soon as we can.

This has been resolved in a recent update. Thank you for your patience!
If you still haven't received all of your SDU tokens, please try loading into each of your saves at least once to ensure that their unlocked SDU tokens are registered via Shared Account Progression.
The team is actively working on a fix in an update we are aiming to release soon.
