Thrown Tediore Weapons With Shooting Legs Don't Gain Increased Damage From Skill Points Or Specializations

After throwing a Tediore gun with Shooting Legs, the damage dealt by the weapon won't gain any additional gun damage increases provided by Skills or Specializations. This is most noticeable with the "Riddle Me This" Specialization, as the thrown weapons will increase the stacks but fail to gain increased damage from those stacks.
