Torgue Sticky Projectiles Don't Detonate When Fired At Vile Lictor's Core

Players using Torgue weapons with Sticky Projectiles on Vile Lictor during the first phase of the boss fight will notice that the projectiles don't adhere to Vile Lictor's exposed core and can't be detonated at will. Fired projectiles will inflict the initial impact damage, but fail to deal additional explosive damage.
