Amon: The 'Lightning Rod' Elemental Bolt Doesn't Deal Damage When 'Strike The Anvil' Skill Is Equipped

The "Lightning Rod" skill will spawn an Elemental Bolt when the player gets a critical hit, and the "Strike the Anvil" skill will spawn an Elemental Bolt when the player deals action skill damage while having shock affinity. 

If both of these skills are unlocked and equipped at the same time, the Elemental Bolt from the Lightning Rod skill won't deal damage as intended. After getting a critical hit, the player will see the skill icon go on cooldown, but no damage will be dealt. Additionally, if players have a stack of shock affinity and they get a critical hit, the stack will improperly be consumed and the bolt will then deal damage.
