Inventory/Equipment appear empty after switching from singleplayer to multiplayer

Inventory and Equipment tabs can appear blank after changing modes from singleplayer to multiplayer (or vice versa).

Workaround: Recommend staying with one mode during a session, eg. singleplayer or multiplayer
