PS5: Game Crashes After Starting Console From Rest Mode

Players who enter Rest Mode without closing the title may experience a crash once the system is started again while the game is running in the background. 

Workaround: Make sure to fully power down the console after saving, and avoid leaving the game open in Rest Mode.
