Mad Ellie: Crazed Earl's Loot Can Land In Unreachable Locations

After defeating Crazed Earl in "It Grows Below", the respective boss's loot and key mission items can potentially land in unreachable locations where the player can't pick them up. 

Workaround: Retrieve unreachable gear from the Lost Loot Machine.
