Harlowe: 'Refraction' Skill Doesn't Apply Ricochet Chance to Entangled Enemies
Equipping the 'Refraction' as Gravitar and firing at Entangled enemies does not initiate the intended increased chance to ricochet projectiles to nearby enemies.
