Ultimate Vault Hunter Challenges Can't Be Completed
Players attempting to complete various UVH challenges to unlock the next Ultimate Vault Hunter difficulty may notice that the respective challenges aren't unlocking immediately, and may take more than one attempt to complete. This issue applies to both the Boss challenges and the Wildcard Mission challenges.
Multiplayer workaround: Try replaying the respective UVH Boss fight or Wildcard Mission in single player gameplay.
