Missing Objective in Side Mission "Potty Mouth"

Game crashes immediately after player completes the objective "Smack Brooma" in the side mission "Potty Mouth," the next necessary item (Brooma) and the objective "Pick up Brooma" will be missing. This prevents player from finishing the mission.
