Can't Connect to SHiFT Servers

We're tracking an outage that is causing players to be unable to connect to SHiFT servers. Updates will be shared here.

This affects all online services for Borderlands 4. Players may be unable to connect to any online games, access their SHiFT rewards, receive emails from SHiFT services, ect.

Update: This has been resolved!

SHiFT online services are back up and running for Borderlands 4 multiplayer across all platforms.
