The "Cold Shoulder" and "Sweet Embrace" Phosphenes Don't Drop From Moxxi's Tip Jar
While the Phosphene variants of the "Cold Shoulder" and "Sweet Embrace" legendary weapons were added to the drop pool for Moxxi's tip jar in the February 19th Minor Update, the weapons are failing to drop in-game after a recent content update.
