"Gear Five!" Trophy Hasn't Unlocked Retroactively After Previously Reaching UVH5
We believe that the original bug that's associated with the "Gear Five!" Achievement Doesn't Unlock At Ultimate Vault Hunter Level Five Issue Tracker post has been resolved after a recent update. However, we're receiving reports from players that despite previously meeting the qualifications for unlocking the trophy, it fails to unlock retroactively for users who have previously reached UVH5 with one of their save files.
If you've recently reached UVH5 on a fresh save file and the trophy hasn't unlocked as intended, please refer to this post instead.
