Unable To Buy Legendary After Completing The Vend Of The Line Quest
If you sell items to the vending machine or buy ammo before purchasing a Legendary, the machine turns off, preventing you from earning a Legendary reward.
Workaround: Make sure to purchase the Legendary reward before doing anything else with the vending machine.
