Skull Orchid Can Fall Through Walls When Attacked by Vex's Reapers
The Skull Orchid in the abandoned Auger Mine in Grindstone of the Worthy can teleport or clip directly through the wall if its being attacked by the Reapers summoned with Vex's 'Dead Ringer' Action Skill.
