Bounty Bosses Not Spawning in Hungering Plains
After other enemies are killed, Vile Bounty bosses (like Halftime, Oil Slurp, Hashfrown, Crust Rucker, Clarence) do not spawn in order to complete Bounty quests.
Workaround: None
