Cindershelly Shield 'Resolve' Damage Reduction is Low
When the Legendary Cindershelly shield gains 25 stacks of Resolve, the resulting damage reduction only shows 33.3%. This is lower than the protection level described in the shield's text, which suggests it should grant 50% damage reduction. (2 x 25)
