Rafa: Missile Projectiles Don't Activate 'Errant Sparks' Passive Ability
Missile projectiles from various gear and enhancements (Such as the "Airstrike" Firmware, the "Get Throwin'" Firmware, the "Missile Swarm" Shield augment, or the Legendary "Firewerks" Tediore Shield) do not activate Rafa's 'Errant Spark' Passive ability.
