Loveless: Empowered Melee has no SFX when 'Neutral Special' Passive Skill is Equipped
Loveless' 'Empowered Melee' attack lacks the pre-existing melee sound effects when the 'Neutral Special' passive skill is equipped in the player's skill tree.
