Increased Fast Travel Times After September 10th Update

Users playing Borderlands 4 are reporting severely impacted Fast Travel times, where loading into an area can take 5+ minutes. This occurs most commonly on PlayStation 5 Pro consoles, when playing as Loveless, and when fast traveling directly to the Abandoned Post Safehouse in the Coastal Bonescape.
